Use of This Website

This website is operated by the Mahasangh to provide:

• Information about Maharashtra Pan Vyapari Mahasangh and how to reach us.
• A way to register your interest in the upcoming Me Panwala App.
• A secure online facility to make membership payments to the Mahasangh.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to submit any information to us through this website.

Me Panwala App Interest Registration

The "Register Your Interest" button on this website opens an external Google Form. Submitting that form does not create any membership, subscription, or other obligation between you and the Mahasangh — it only registers your interest so that we can notify you when the Me Panwala App becomes available. Use of Google Forms is also subject to Google's own terms of service.

Membership & Payments

• Payment processing: Membership payments made through this website are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you authorize the charge of the displayed amount (inclusive of applicable taxes) through the Razorpay platform.
• Membership records: Once your payment is verified, your membership status is recorded against your member ID in our database.
• Refunds & cancellations: Please contact us using the details in Section 9 for any questions about a payment, refund, or cancellation, and we will assist you in accordance with the Mahasangh's applicable policy at the time.

User Conduct

• You agree not to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through any form linked from this website.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this website or the systems (Google Forms, Razorpay, Supabase) it relies on.
• You agree not to scrape, copy, or republish content from this website without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this website — including text, graphics, the Maharashtra Pan Vyapari Mahasangh name, and logo — is the property of the Mahasangh and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our name or logo without our prior written consent.
