This Privacy Policy explains how Maharashtra Pan Vyapari Mahasangh ("Mahasangh", "we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with this website. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits this website or interacts with us through it.

Information We Collect
This website, in its current form, collects information in the following ways:
- Me Panwala App interest registration: The "Register Your Interest" button on this website opens a Google Form in a new tab. Any information you choose to submit there (such as your name and contact number) is collected directly by that form and shared with us so we can notify you when the Me Panwala App launches. That form is hosted on Google's infrastructure and is also subject to Google's own privacy policy.
- Membership payment information: If you complete a membership payment through our payment page, we process your payment through Razorpay and record your membership/subscription status against your member ID in our database, hosted on Supabase. We do not collect, see, or store your card, UPI, or net-banking details — those are handled directly and securely by Razorpay.
- Language preference: Your selected website language (Marathi/Hindi/English) is remembered using your browser's local storage. This stays on your device only and is never transmitted to us.
This website does not currently use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your interest in the Me Panwala App: using the contact details you submit through the Google Form, to notify you about the app's launch and related updates.
- To process and verify membership payments: and to activate and maintain your membership record with the Mahasangh.
- To respond to your enquiries: when you contact us directly using the details in Section 8.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party service providers to operate parts of this website. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy:
- Google Forms (Google LLC) — used for Me Panwala App interest registration.
- Razorpay Software Private Limited — our payment gateway, used to process membership payments securely.
- Supabase — our database provider, used to securely store membership/subscription records.
Data Security
Membership records stored in our Supabase database are protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies designed to prevent unauthorized access. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway; we do not store your payment card, UPI, or net-banking details on our own systems.
Your Rights & Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you in connection with your membership, to request a correction, or to request that we delete it, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, payment records for accounting purposes).
Me Panwala App (Coming Soon)
The Me Panwala App is an upcoming initiative of Maharashtra Pan Vyapari Mahasangh and has not yet launched. Once the app is available, it will have its own in-app privacy disclosures covering any additional information or device permissions it may request. This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly at that time.
